Perry’s Raleigh NC: A Steakhouse with a Pork Following

Perry’s Steakhouse and Grille started as a butcher shop in the 70’s and developed into a beautiful restaurant with amazing food. They used to sell their meat by finger height. A 7 finger cut was the width of 7 fingers, and you can get their famous 7 finger pork chop at their restaurant. Now, when I say that this pork was sweet, spicy, and fell apart with a fork, it doesn’t even begin to describe the taste. It was the best thing I have ever put in my mouth (you read that right).

First of all, they have valet parking because who doesn’t love valet. The atmosphere was relaxing and the lighting was perfect for a dining experience that felt private.

They were COVID ready with masks and tables 6 feet apart. The restaurant is so large that they were easily able to accommodate the safety measures.

NOW THE FOOD…

We were expected to be wined and dined for this sneak peak event, but we were not expecting this. The drinks were refreshing and the food was to die for.

They also have Friday lunch servings of their pork that is only $16 and you can get it to go!

Big Events

The private rooms are FREE! That’s right, there is no charge for private rooms for large parties or meetings. There are TVs in all the private rooms for no extra charge and they can accommodate different size parties. There is a minimum food and beverage amount, but if you try their food and drinks it will not be hard to meet the minimum.

They opened their doors yesterday to the public and we were lucky enough to get a sneak peek! We can honestly say @perryssteakhouse has some of the best steak, pork chop, and seafood we have ever had! #nolie Fun fact: #perryssteakhouseandgrille originated in #houston as a butcher shop over 40 years ago.
