Flow Yoga Outdoors (or Online)

Join us for a morning Flow yoga class with Angela Y. Griffin! Just bring a yoga mat (we have loaners available) and a water bottle for this socially-distanced class that’s friendly for beginners and more advanced yogis. All of our classes included modifications, so you can make things more or less challenging depending on how your body is feeling that day. Sign-up through our website or the MINDBODY app! (We are also offering this class streamed online if you’d rather practice from home).
