Hip-Hop Cardio

Have you ever wanted to learn hip-hop dance in a fun judgement-free zone? Then this is the class for you! Hip Hop Cardio is a jam-packed cardio class that simultaneously teaches you a hot hip-hop routine. LaTissa will teach you a professional choreography that will get your heart pumping and your body moving. You’ll be able to bust out a whole routine like a dance superstar at the end of each class! No dance experience necessary, just wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers that are easy to move in. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle, we’re going to work up a sweat!
About LaTissa
LaTissa ChaNellé found her passion for dancing at a young age, but her formal dance training began as an undergraduate at UNC-Chapel Hill. After graduation, LaTissa began teaching dance workshops at community events and performing on semi-professional dance teams, sparked an interest in community outreach and dance education. She now teaches beginner to advanced level hip-hop and cardio fitness classes around the Triangle, and uses her story to encourage the next generation of dancers to explore their potential, stay encouraged, and live their dreams.
